Moon and all,

While I've not had any nutria or muskrat, I might point out that it is the
"rodent" idea that turns most people off of the idea of eating these
critters.......They're strictly vegetarian in diet!

But, if you've ever enjoyed rabbit or squirrel meals, hey they're rodents
too!

Now, I wonder what beaver would taste like........? Hummm, I'd better stop
before PETA gets on to my case!
