Alright, I'm back, I substituted a can of tuna for a half cup of bowfin
fillet boiled.

Put a big ol' dollop of bacon grease in a frying pan.

throw in a half handful of red onion and a whole handful of sorrento
peppers chopped.
Start frying that.

On a peice of wax paper put a half cup of flour, a real big pinch of bayou
magic, a little pinch of garlic powder, and a pinch of black pepper. Roll
your bowfin chunks (or my case tonight tuna peices) around till they are
covered good.

Your grease should be ready, drop those battered fish peices in the grease,
roll 'em around until the batter turns dark brown.

dump this on a plate and eat up ( preferably with a can of beer) I'm done ,
going to bed. good night.
