Luke, who and where did you direct your complaints? I even sent an e-mail to
the Postmaster-General and stated that I requested a respone from only the
"head-man" or one of his immediate sub-ordinates, and about two days later
received a call from one of the local, Baton Rouge, La. shipping
coordinaters........who couldn't answer my complaint or questions, and only
offered condolences.

We'd like to think that with the increase of postal rates, that we could
expect a likewise increase in delivery timeliness, but such is not the case!

Now, it seems that the postage prices have been increased with a
corresponding drop in service, such is what I'd expect from a so-called
public-service operation.......
