Hey All,

I have a quick question regarding a new fish I picked up. It's not a
North American native. I have searched the internet over and over and can
only find sparse information on it. The fish is scientifically known as,
_Chela cachius_. It is a cyprinid-type fish found in fresh to brackish
waters, it comes from India and vicinity.

Has anyone kept these? Bred them? Some of you may have more fish books
than I. Could you take a quick look through them and see if you can find
something on them (or on Chela in general), It would be much appreciated.

Well to keep this NA native related....the ice is slowly melting,
collecting is not far off!!!
