I've read that fish have a difficult time digesting peas........but they
like to eat them.

Has anyone else heard this?

Shireen, I made this for my fish about 40 years ago and they liked it fine.
I started off with a box of your basic dry baby food, (rice, or whatever
they have at the store). Mix up about half a box with hot water, add two
jars ( Baby Food type) spinach, two jars of peas, two jars of carrots, two
small jars of beef.( I like to use my blender and puree a quarter pound of
beef of chicken liver. mix it all up and pour into large freeze bags. Fill
the freezer bags little less than 1/3 full, flatten them out and remove all
the air, then place in the freezer. This will make about 4 to 6 months of
frozen food. You can always sub the beef and chicken with fish flakes.
ENJOY Jeff
