Probably Aplochielus lineatus, or commonly known as the gold lineatus. My
spellings may be off. It comes from the middle east if I remember right or
maybe east Africa. Somewhere east of the aphysemions and epiplatys, with
the latter looking much like that genus. Its is this fish if it closely
resembles a starhead topimnnow, but with pointy longer fins on males. A
female should look a lot like a washed out patternless starhead, without the
black bar through the eye.
