One more time, when I got my aquaculture license I made sure there was no
mistaking what species I could propagate. I made them send me a separate approval
for each species I wanted to breed and sell instead of just specifying
sunfish or bass. Some fish were not even included because no one had ever wanted to
propagate them like pickerel but collecting or selling them would have illegal
without the permit which didn't exist until I insisted on it. Bureaucracy,
don't you just love it?
