The Fishes of Arkansas is an excellent book. It is in the same category as
Fishes of Tenn. and Fishes of Wisc. A thick book with lots of info, maps,
and color photos ( Fishes of Wisc does not have very good photos). I got the
paper back for like six bucks a few years ago. It was worth much more than
that.

If you are interested in the fish and land of the southern Mississippi
drainage, the Fishes of Arkansas is a great book!
