Subject: Aquaticinfo: Bitterling and painted mussles

Hello, There is a local hobbyist here in NY that is interested in keeping
and breeding Bitterling. 20 years ago he spent some time in Germany and has
wanted to do this ever since then. Any body in Europe or the States keeping
them that can lead me to a source? Is it hard to get both the fish and the
mussels? and is it true that they can't handle a temperature above 70 F?
Thanks in advance.
Matt.
