PS. You are right, this will be perfect for crystal clear creeks. Now, the UW case
is not a problem, the major problem in my opinion is the quality (resolution) of
the CCD chip. If you want hi res frames, a good video camera is thousands of
dollars. Since those professional video cameras are bulky, I don't remember EUWA
making cases for professional videos (maybe they make them today). The cases they
make are for the average video camera. BUT they make cases for photo cameras, and
you can easily stick a Nikon or Pentax in such a case....and suddenly you are in
the same class with the professional photographers publishing in National
Geographic.
Many years I dreamed about taking UW shots of spawning schools of Labidesthes.
BUt, I still have to see this species in the natural habitat. I'm living in MD and
still have a hard time to put a field trip together with a knowledgeble local
person knowing where to see/collect Labidesthes.
