As many of you know, our June 24th meeting was cancelled in advance due
to the threat of a storm system. I know it didn't rain in some
areas...but New England is a big chunk of land, and in some parts, they
received some serious bad weather.
Well this weekend looks better. We will be holding a meeting in Dighton
MA at the Bristol County Natural History Center. The meeting will start
at 12 noon sharp, the meeting should run about 1 hour. We need to have
this meeting to discuss what members have been up to since the last MA
area meeting (the last two meetings were in CT). We would also like to
go over some other regional issues that would benefit all members.
A field trip will follow the meeting. We will decide on where people
want to go during the meeting. Refreshments will be available, as well
as a door prize or two. If any one has any questions, do not hesitate to
contact me. Meeting notices are in the mail, you should receive them
shortly.
