I hoping to start keeping bluenose shiners soon * (and oddly enough, live just 20 miles from the type locality of Welaka FL) ... if Carol has any handouts and you can snag me one, I'd be more than happy to swap you some fish for it, or something.

Well, if I can get off work I can plan to be there.
Carol Johnston will be giving a talk to the Atlanta
Aquarium Society Thursday night on Pteronotropis
welaka and I had planned on going to that ..so that
just means I have to leave around 2 am Thursday
morning.... the things we do for fish lol

Here's a link to info on their meetins, which hasnt
been updated, but my flyer states Carol Johnston will
be there to talk about the bluenose shiner...something
I dont want to miss and I will make the 8 hr drive to
hear it.
