The Malaysian snails are great around plants too and keep the gravel sifted.

However, don't try to spawn egg layers in a tank with them. The carnivorous
night shift will devour any unguarded eggs. Can't speak to the issue of
guarded eggs, but have my doubts that in all cases the eggs would be safe.

And assume that once introduced to a tank, that they are there to stay.

Great snails for tanks of livebearers and mouthbrooders.

It's a little disconcerting though, to be watching the tank after a long
day - and suddenly the gravel lurches several mm to the side! ;)

All the best!
