NANFA-- Pygmy sunfishes

I've been away from the hobby for a few years. Now I find myself being drawn
back. I have limited space, so I'm considering the pygmy sunfishes.

As I understand it, there are six species of Elassoma:

Elassoma alabamae (Spring Pygmy Sunfish)
Elassoma boehlkei (Carolina Pygmy Sunfish)
Elassoma evergladei (Everglades Pygmy Sunfish)
Elassoma okatie (Bluebarred Pygmy Sunfish)
Elassoma okefenokee (Okefenokee Pygmy Sunfish)
Elassoma zonatum (Banded Pygmy Sunfish)

Is this correct? What is the legal status of these species? Are they all
readily available?

Thanks
