Moon,

I've never heard of FW jellies. Just how small were they? Could they
have been hydras?

NANFA-- Freshwater jellyfish I seem to have encountered an unforeseen
problem in the barrels that the jellyfish are in. the barrels are made of
black plastic and in the last two days sunlight has raised the temps in
the barrels from around 45 degrees to 65 degrees and the jellyfish have
disappeared. Hopefully the polyps that give rise to the jellyfish are
still present. I am really disappointed but at least I got to see them!
I'll keep a close watch on the barrels and maybe they will come back.
