I use McAfee anti-virus software and you can download the latest data files
once a week from the Network Associates web site. I have received the klez
virus in email. McAfee just strips the attached file out and deletes it.

If you use IE, you can download the latest version free from the MS site, it
has the latest security updates. Once you've got the virus it stays around
and does you more dirties on preprogrammed dates.
