Hi folks,

Would someone please ID this aquatic plant for me? Obtained this past
Memorial Day in a farm pond in SouthWest Missouri (while bass fishing, not
collecting fish). The catch of day was a sunburn and this plant. It's a
rooted plant, with long, thick red stalks. The leaves float on the
surface, some stalk-ends rise above the surface.

I can probably spare some for one or two people. So, if you are
interested, it's yours for the price of shipping. It looks like it would
be difficult to control in an outside pond, and I probably will only use
it in indoor tanks.

Thanks
Sajjad
