yes, you can use levamisole hydrochloride if I
remember right. You will have to do a search to help
you figure out dosage though. More than likely, your
fish can survive the infestation. A parasite that
kills its host isnt a very successful parasite. Many
sunfish have imbedded worms and make it just fine with
them.
