I have put things in place to prevent over-sized data and put a stop to the
errors those of you who'd put in reports experienced.

- For any single line text, you have 50 characters right now, and it will
stop you once you've filled that number. If it does stop you and you need
to type more, _continue_ on with the form and _please_ let me know which
fields were too small. We will be able to update these online with a link
that I will provide for you, and I will extend them to an appropriate size.
Also, note which fields you find annoyingly small that you have to scroll
for extended characters and we'll see what we can do for usability in that
regard.

- For any text areas (the boxes that scroll down) you have an unlimited
capacity, but try and be succinct as any unnecessary data is just going to
cost money down the road :)

I hope that regains confidence in the utility that you won't be wasting any
time. As we get some submissions going fine, we'll then work on User and
Password, Online Updating, Reporting, etc. I will also be making an html
primer here while I eat lunch so you can really dress up your longer field
submissions (Bullets, Paragraph, Break, Bold, Italics, etc).

Thanks for your patience, and I hope you enjoy this tool! :)
Todd

I hope you know that this will go down on your permanent record.
