Hey Chuck,

Here's a quick list:

- Chest or Hip waders (variuos brands and types)
- a legal size seine (in VA 4x10' or smaller)
- sturdy dipnet
- coolers 2-15 gallons are mobile
- portable air pump (I think you already have)
- small cull net
- small viewing tank 2-5 gallons( to observe specimens closely)
- platic fish bags help in place of a viewing tank
- Aquarium Salt and/or tetracycline to dose sensative species for travel.

As J.R. mentioned:
- Full wetsuit (booties, gloves and cap/helmet depending how cold it is)
- Mask and Snorkel
