I can't imagine that would be easy. RR's group seems pretty fluid. Things
change quickly and often seemingly upon a whim. Besides, NANFA should have
a BAP of it's own. A program that is structured, benefits NANFA members,
and provides incentive for members to breed their fish and share results.
NANFA's program should be structured so that it is not dependant upon who
volunteers to head it up to determine it's shape for the time being, but
rather should allow any member who volunteers to have a structure in place
to guide him or her. Working within our group proves interesting enough, I
can't imagine bringing in a whole separate group of enthusiasts into the
discussion. There may be room for NANFA and the NFC to collaborate on a
project someday, but I can't see that this is one of them. Just my
thoughts.

Shall we form a BAP committee? BG, what is already in place regarding this
topic? Is it an award program, or just an information collation? Has
anyone approached the BOD to get their reactions to a BAP program?

I just heard from RR about this, and they abandoned this approach
last year. What they are doing now is very similar to what we
want. Maybe youse guys could pool your resources.

It makes me mad when I go to all the trouble of having Marta cook up about
a hundred drumsticks, and the guy at the Marineland says, "You can't throw
chicken to the dolphins. They eat fish." Sure they eat fish, if that's all
you give them. Man, wise up.
