I ordered my copy of Fishes of VA on 11/7 and just received it today
11/17. One thing I can think of is that it went UPS ground, but my wife
told me that a Ryder truck delivered it!?! On my invoice under Shipped
Via, it says UPSc. I figured the "c" stands for courier. I know with
the approaching holiday seasons, UPS contracts out to other (local)
carriers to avoid delays and lessen the "load" a bit. I would hold on a
couple of days longer and see if it arrives. If it doesn't, then maybe
you should inquire.
Again, I got mine today, it's a big book! Looks like lot's of cool
info. Oh by the way ANDY, I am sorry you had to pay close to $100.00 for
your copy a few months back, jeez, I guess that means I could get ten of
them at the current price. Just rubbin' it in Andy :)
