Speaking of stonerollers, here's the official announcement of a trip to
Estill Fork of the Paint Rock River in Jackson County, AL, this Saturday,
Nov. 24. We'll rendezvous at the Post Office on Highway 72 in the town of
Paint Rock at 11 a.m. Central time. Hwy 72 is the main (only?!?) east-west
drag through this area, the Post Office is on the south side of the roadway.

Steven Ellis claims he can make it then; Cameron Case, Casper, anyone else?
The weather could be "cold" by local standards, highs in the 50s F. I have
two pairs of hip waders (can fit shoe size 13!) so we can do some seining.
Because it hasn't rained much here for about 2 months, the water levels
should be interestingly low.
