I think Todd is just saying this to justify making the trip to
Tennessee. Todd, you don't have to make excuses here (and we promise we
won't tell your wife) :-) To capture tangerine darters you have to get in
the water with with them. Snorkeling provides a relatively easy way to
capture this fish. David Etnier mentions this in Fishes of Tennessee also.
