Subject: On-line fish survey of streams of the San Francisco Bay Area

Dear Jay,

"Bay Area Stream Fish" is on-line at:
http://www.sfei.org/ecoatlas/Animals/docs/Fish/basf.html

It is 328 page report that presents results of a 1992-1998 survey of
most of the streams that run into the San Francisco Bay. I used it to
learn what fishes were found in some of the streams locally that I
visit.

Of course, most of these streams have been heavily impacted by human
activities and are no doubt missing species, but it is interesting to
see what is left.

best regards,
Jeffrey A. Caldwell
