I've never had to deal with ich with natives, so I can't help you there. As
to feeding small darters, I usually use black worms (always a hit) and
sliced&diced earthworms. My Tennessee Snubnoses will even take brine shrimp
flake after nine months. And for longevity, few darters make it past 4
years, tops.
