Our local fish club (Kalamazoo MI) orders in 10 to 12 pounds every month and
splits them up between the members.If they come in good I don't have any
trouble keeping them for a month. I rinse them every day and keep in the
frig just barely covered with water in a rubbermaid sweater box.
