I have no idea how well they would do in Casper's pond but I would certainly
introduce as much "stuff" from the lakes that I know that have them into my
pond (if I had one) in the hopes that you might be able to acquire some
polyps to start a population. I would imagine that it would be one of those
things that you might have to do consistantly for several years before you
had the chance of being successful.

So, to bring this back to where it started, in a large, rounded enclosure
such as Casper's cement pond they should have an even chance if the food is
readily available. Right?
