Jay, I think we're pretty much on the same page about most everything judging
from your response. I guess it just touches a raw nerve everytime someone
lumps all loggers and logging as something that's completely negative.
Logging still has an important place to fill human needs. I also agree that
old growth forests should be left intact and that habitat destruction is one
of the most important if not the most important problem we face as the world
human population continues to grow and place more demands upon natural
resources.
