Also fine specimens of Alligator mississippiensis, which have exactly the same
sentiments as you do: "Hey look, BubbaJoeBob, here's something we don't
normally see....think I need to get me some of THAT !"

(We had an older gentleman severely mauled down here a couple of weeks ago,
swimming at night in a river by his house. I'd driven through the area earlier
that day while returning from a collecting trip to the coast, but didn't stop
because I was already a couple of hours behind schedule and it was getting
dark.)
