That sounds good, since I assume mullet is an oily fleshed fish. Trout are
prepared the same way, and it works great. I prefer to have heads removed
from the fish I eat, but many say that adds flavor. The grilling removes
alot of the oils, which is often what turns some people off to certain fish.
