That would be my cousin Wallace. People think he got the nick name because
he says shiners are the best bass bait.

Confidentially, though, the name comes from a single night in June about 5
years ago when he came home late, with Galiano on his breath, and lipstick
on his collar, unable to come up with a decent explanation of his
whereabouts to his wife Hortense.
