Check the "Bait-saver" kind of things in the fishing tackle section of your
local W* store or other favorite mass merchant. Most of the models are
equipped with alligator-clipped leads, for connecting directly to a battery,
but I seem to recall having seen a least one that came out of the box ready
to be plugged into a cigarette lighter. If not, an
alligator-clip-to-cigarette-lighter-plug adapter should not be hard to find
(boat or car section) or build.

But I should mention one other possibility also. Not too long ago I bought a
400w Coleman brand 12v-110 inverter at BigLots for $25. With one of those,
you can use a couple of spare/old pumps you probably already have. And the
Coleman unit will automatically stop if the voltage gets too low, so
(supposedly) it won't drain your battery and leave you & your new fish
stranded somewhere.
