Casper,

You might want to get him in a little less competitive environment while
acclimating him, if you have the option to do so. I would also start with
some live or frozen brine shrimp. Usually the frozen works just fine... It
seems to have a scent and look that makes just about any wild fish on earth
want to start eating it :)
