Steffen... I owe you an appology for my sharp comment. It was one of my
famous moments of "manic compression". While I'm within a particularly
hectic workday, it's probably just best that I don't have access to a
keyboard ;) So I'm sorry for any grief.

I didn't intend to give any impression that a person's locality had anything
to do with any of this. If it came across that way, again, I appologize.
