Bruce, do you have "Community and Evolutionary Ecology of North American
Stream Fishes", edited by the same Wm Matthews and David Heins? There's a
lot on Campostoma in that one also, including Chapter 16: "Grazing Fishes as
Components of North American Stream Ecosystems: Effects of Campostoma
anomalum".
