Thanks, Jan, I'm in no big hurry. I didn't even know where he was based... I
shoulda guessed Oklahoma, yes? And I also figured it was pricey, at $78 for
hardcover. I just today re-read a review of the book in a 1999 _Copeia_
while giving a final exam.
