NANFA-- Alaska blackfish distribution

I see from http://www.mnr.gov.on.ca/MNR/nhic/lists/fish.htm that the Alaska
blackfish Dallia pectoralis is also found in Ontario, but other sources like
the Peterson Guide show it only in western Alaska. Does anyone know what
the actual distribution of that fish is?

And, does anyone have EASY access to this paper:
Canadian Journal of Zoology, Volume 74, Number 1, January 1996: E.J.
Crossman and P. Ráb, pp.147–156, Chromosome-banding study of the Alaska
blackfish, Dallia pectoralis (Euteleostei: Esocae), with implications for
karyotype evolution and relationship of esocoid fishes.

Thanks!
