I've been watching services decrease significantly for the last couple of
years. My PO Box is at the main post office, figuring I would get the best
service. Now they don't collect the boxes right on their own grounds at all
on Sunday or Holidays or after 8:00 PM at night. And watch which box you put
it in - some of those have even more restricted hours. And time sensitive
mail actually takes two days longer to be put in my PO Box then it took to
arrive at my home. Complaints to the post office are ignored or I'm given
insufficient reason for their mistakes. Guess they get paid the same if they
do a good job or not.
