It was my opinion that "moderation" of this list would be more of a
supervisor-of-last-resort rather than a censor, i.e. if someone is running a
flame session he/she can be removed. That's how the killietalk list of the
Am. Killifish Assoc. operates, with Barry Cooper as head bouncer.

On our list, 98.5% of the time there is no problem. This list belongs to
NANFA as a corporate entity, so the NANFA Board can throw its weight around
as necessary. In truth, of course, that's a major pain in the keister (like
digging a pond...).
