I'll add to this... I was kinda wondering.

"Worms" is fairly vague. What kind of worms are we talking about here?
Something like an external or gill parasite like a mussel glochidia or
those white nasty things that pop like pimples (what are those
anyway?)... Or some type of gut worm like a tape worm, flagellate, etc.?

Would a 1 week bath in a metronidazole hospital smoke 'em out?

would worms spread to other tanks, say from moving hands or a python
from one tank to another?
