>>I'm guessing jellyfish
nope, perhaps even nastier than jellyfish.....

>>BTW, what does your spring/summer schedule look like?
the schedule looks fine. however, on new years eve i fell and broke my arm
in two places right up next to the shoulder joint (and how dare you suggest
alcohol was involved in that incident? no matter what tale i tell, no one
believes me....)
i have access to several fresh/brackish canals/creeks on the islands
(havent' caught anything but gambusia out of them - supposed to rainwater
killies around here somewhere....)
bet we could scrounge access to the ogeechee river since it's not far away.
the mummichogs around here can easily adapt to living in freshwater (i've
seen that done).
if you'd be interested in doing a brackish tank, i've caught pipefish, tiny
puffers and other critters in darn near fresh water.
i owe andy borgia a couple of jars full of fish and told him last fall i'll
get them to him this spring but it may be awhile before i can throw a net.
perhaps i could lure someone else into the area and get them to fling it?
steven, if you'll quit stealing all our rain, i'll bet we could come to
some sort of arrangement......
