So, the people below want to be able to keep bighead carp, etc.? I wasn't
sure my reading was accurate. If they are for keeping and culturing the
various Eurasian carps, I'm definitely against their proposal, and I hope
that the Lacey Act is used against them. There are already so many exotic
releases in the U.S. it seems that there are two logical positions: either
don't care at all because everything is so messed up already, or support
more stringent and meaningful enforcement of existing law like the Lacey
Act. I'd have to go with the latter, given a choice.
