Another aquatic worm question. I have seen on two separate occasions what I
believe are called threadworms. The first time I saw some was earlier in the
year. They were pale in color and moved about like pieces of animated
string. They looked bluish colored in the sunlight.I didn't see any more
until just recently, before that I had assumed that the season for them had
run its course, at least as far as the larger adults being alive and moving
about goes. The second ones I saw were darker in color. I was thinking about
keeping them with my baby goodeids. I would like to know if there are any
parasites that they could give to my fish and I would like to know what to
feed them, how long they live, and so on.
