well... it is all the rage and w/ considerable authoritive speaking. the
trick is micro bubbles, continuous feed and no turbulance at the surface...
thus no skimmers, airiation or surface powerheads. ( may be tough on high
fish loads... but im going for the amano look w/ minimal fish.
the results of co2 are widely praised. some folks do the sugar/yeast in a
bottle thing... but that is a lot of maintenance and erratic.
i will certainly be able to testify in a few months... tho the substrate and
compact lights will be a part of the results.
i dont know the chemistry speak tho... sorry:) a bit bamboozled myself.
