Greek restaurants feature some decent roe spread. It's pink, mixed
with cheese and it's delicious. Japanese sushi has fish eggs as one type.
I have not been bold enough to try that yet. I'll try it soon and let you
know :-) I think I have also had cod eggs in the past. They're good.
