Hi All,

I'd like to start raising White worms and Daphnia magna as food for my natives. Can anyone suggest a good source for starter cultures? I'm in somewhat rural Vermont, so there isn't any fish club nearby. Neither of these species is available alive from local pet stores, either.

About the only commercial source I can find for White worms is http://www.lfscultures.com/cultures.html. Any experience with that company?

Another one I see is http://www.livefoodcultures.com/, but there's no ordering info there and an e-mail I sent about 4 days ago has gone unreplied. Makes me think they're no longer in business.

Thanks for any suggestions folks might have.

Cheers,
Jase
