If you look for ANY book on amazon.com you'll get hits. For-in-least
two of the books you mention (Mehinick, and the Jenkins book), it is
likely that someone will be advertising a copy or two there. Another
place to look is the giant bookstore in Portland, Oregon. Is that
Porter's Books?
