It'sPowell's Bookstore (not Porter's) - www.powells.com/

1005 W. Burnside
Portland OR 97209
800/878-7323

It's a multi-story building, has a "rare books" section on the
top floor, and covers an entire city block.

I've been there many times, and have ordered elusive books
from them by e-mail as well.
