I had the same problem and had to go back to internet
explorer browser instead of my firefox one. What you
do is left click on the pdf link instead of right
clicking as you are probably used to doing. A pop up
window will appear that will show you are downloading
the file. Its a bit unorthodox from the normal way of
right clicking on the link and selecting save target,
that doesnt work, it just saves the html page you are
on. If your computer is setup to not allow popups,
you may have to turn them off for awhile.
